BASECAMP

Set your sights, pack smart, plan the route.
This is where your journey begins. We take time to understand where you want to go—your goals, your current fitness, and what success looks like for you. Then, we map out a plan to get you there.

What it includes:

  • A goal-setting + strategy session

  • A personalized movement assessment to understand how your body moves and where we’ll focus first

🥾

THE PATH

Step onto the trail with your guide.
You’re not going it alone. In this phase, you’ll work one-on-one with a professional coach—learning how to train efficiently, building confidence in your movement, and laying a solid foundation for the climb ahead.

What it includes:

  • Personal training sessions with a coach

  • Focused, hard work + real-time education on how to train effectively

⛰️

THE ASCENT

The real adventure begins.
You’ve built the base—now you’ll train with more autonomy, supported by expert coaching every step of the way. You’ll move into semi-private sessions, training alongside 2–3 other athletes, each following their own customized program.

What it includes:

  • Small-group, semi-private training

  • A personal program written just for you

  • More scheduling flexibility + training independence

🏔️

THE RIDGELINE

You’ve reached a summit—but you’re not done.
You’ve hit your first goal. Now it’s time to explore new terrain. In this phase, you’ll continue progressing with our General Mountain Preparedness (GMP) program—built to help you stay ready for the next big effort, whether it’s a race, a climb, or simply staying strong for life in the mountains.

What it includes:

  • Ongoing semi-private training

  • Our MTN STRNG GMP program for broad-based mountain readiness

  • A focus on maintaining and leveling up your performance
