04 · A body you can trust
Arrive at winter with a clear plan, a stronger foundation, and more confidence in what your body can do.
The preseason field plan
Start early with the optional Prologue, move through the structured PowderStrong Core, then extend the work if your season or goals call for it.
Stage 01 · Optional
September 14 – October 9
A four-week runway to rebuild consistency, improve movement quality, and establish a stronger base before the Core begins.
Stage 02 · Core program
Begins October 11
Fourteen weeks of progressive strength, capacity, and ski-specific preparation—three focused sessions each week with clear coaching and no guesswork.
Stage 03 · Optional
Available after the Core
Keep the momentum moving when snow arrives late, your goals evolve, or you want more time to prepare for the season ahead.
The full pathway creates a 14-week preseason progression. Prologue and Extension are optional additions available to PowderStrong athletes.

“I came for the PowderStrong program and stayed for the camaraderie and noticeable improvements in fitness and strength. Early season skiing was much easier. I don’t have lower back or hip pain anymore.”
