How long is the program?

PowderStrong is a 10-week program, with an optional 5-week “preparation” phase, and an optional 5-week extension, in case snow comes late this fall.

The program works best with access to:

  • A collection of dumbbells and/or kettlebells (15#, 25#, 35#, 45# pairs will work for most everyone)
  • Resistance bands (long-loop and short-loop bands of various resistance levels)
  • A lifting bench (or stable chair)
  • A plyo box
  • A pull-up bar

PowderStrong is infinitely scalable, so it can work if you have little-to-no training experience, or if you’ve been crushing it for years. If you’d like to talk about whether it’s a good fit for you, text me (385-722-4522) and we’ll figure it out together.
