Choose the training days that fit your week, then use Everfit to guide and record each assigned session.
Look ahead at your three assigned sessions and choose when and where you will complete them.
Review the workout, exercise instructions, prescribed sets, and available equipment before you begin.
Follow the programmed order and prescriptions unless Michael has given you a different direction.
Enter the requested performance and check each completed working set before moving on.
If your equipment, environment, travel, or an exercise creates a question, ask before guessing. A short message can prevent a week of training around the wrong assumption.
The program tells you what to do. Your completed log shows what actually happened.
Use the workout in Everfit as the source of truth for exercises, sets, repetitions, and session structure.
Record the requested load, repetitions, or other result while the set is still fresh.
Correctly saved results remain available the next time you sign in and help make progress visible.
If you enter a weight, repetition count, or other result but do not check the box for that working set, Everfit will not store the performance.
Open the assigned PowderStrong FIELD session in the Everfit app.
Review the exercise instructions, prescribed sets, and repetitions.
Complete the working set and enter the requested performance.
Check the box so Everfit stores that set’s result.
Before moving on, confirm every completed working set is checked.
FIELD gives you flexibility, but you do not need to solve every uncertainty alone. Michael is your point of contact when something affects your ability to follow the plan.
Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions first, then text Michael if you still cannot access the program.
Share what is unavailable and what equipment you do have before choosing a substitution.
Name the exercise and the session so Michael can respond to the right question.
Reach out when travel, access, or an unusual week makes the assigned work difficult to complete.
Stop forcing the questionable work and explain what happened, when it occurred, and what you noticed.
Ask rather than inventing a new version of the session. Clear questions lead to clearer coaching.
For example: “I’m working on FIELD Session 2. My gym does not have the listed machine, but I have dumbbells and a cable station. What would you like me to use?”
After setup, the pattern is simple: plan the week, follow the assigned sessions, record the work, and communicate when something gets in the way.
